Agnieszka has built her career on transforming business operating models and developing experience management strategies that put customers at the heart of every decision. Known for her strength in change management and cross-functional collaboration, she empowers teams to innovate, adapt, and deliver meaningful results.
Since the inaugural CX Impact Awards in 2018, Agnieszka has played a central role in shaping the judging process, ensuring it reflects the evolving landscape of customer experience excellence.
Her influence extends globally through her work with CXPA Ireland, where she serves as a Board Member, and as a speaker and chairwoman for Allan Lloyds Conferences, promoting networking and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing among CX professionals worldwide.
Her leadership continues to strengthen the visibility and impact of CX professionals in Ireland and beyond, inspiring a new generation of industry innovators.
At the upcoming Irish CX Impact Awards 2025 Gala on 4th of December at the Royal Marine Hotel, Dún Laoghaire, Agnieszka will help honour the individuals and organisations setting new standards in customer experience.
